STEX Exchange has been brought offline. Not much is known at this time except what their website says:
"Due unrecognized factors we suffered data loss. In result we have very fragmented and non-consistent data about balances, transactions, etc. We cannot continue any business operations. To try to recover any accessible assets we kindly asking for your help - please send any related information about your transactions and account to recovery@stex.com."
Gather any evidence of your accounts including the following:
-Accounts Emails
-Pending TXIDs and Explorer Links
-Screenshots of Balances
-Screenshots of TX History
In the meantime:
-ProBit Global - recently come back online
-Graviex - a solid ILC exchange for years
-FreiExchange - may still have zero tx fees
